At Maid Eezi we only engage with fully trained staff. We provide on the job training prior to a staff member joining the corporate cleaning team. As we are accredited with the NCCA, we comply with the stringent requirements which includes a training plan to be maintained for our staff. Continuous improvements in our services is supported by skills development, ensuring that we provide a high standard of service to our clients.
We generally recommend having an on-site supervisor. Our on-site supervisor is the first line of contact to the client and the reporting staff, ensuring that all tasks are carried out to customer’s satisfaction. Additionally, our management will visit the respective sites unannounced to ensure a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
Customer feedback is important to us in our endeavour to continuously improve our services. We engage in monthly and or quarterly meetings with our clients to assess our performance. We make continuous improvement to our services provided by listening and engaging with our customers.
